Funciones del cargo Direccionar y monitorear diariamente el trabajo y acciones comerciales del equipo a su cargo, vigilando que puedan cumplir las metas asignadas, realizar capacitaciones y estrategias de ventas Trabajo es 70 en Campo y 30 en oficina. Sueldo acorde al mercado Básico, comisiones altas y sin tope, Movilidad Bonos por cumplimiento de metas Línea de Carrera tanto dentro de nuestra empresa como en entidad financiera de alto renombre a nivel nacional e internacional Requisitos Experiencia comprobada no menor de 01 año, como supervisor de ventas dentro del rubro financiero Banca, Seguro y AFP Manejo de Equipos Experiencia en procesos de reclutamiento, selección y contratación de personal para su equipo de trabajo Estudios técnicos o universitarios en carreras Administración, Contabilidad, Economía, Finanzas o a fines Conocimiento de Office Básico No mantener ninguna deuda reportada en el sistema financiero Horario De Lunes a viernes 9 am 600 pm y Sábados 9 am 100 pm.
